SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Allow 4-7 days to make and pack orders as styles are made to order. You will be notified if your package will take longer than normal. You will receive notification that your items have shipped. Free contactless local pickup is offered for those located in Edmonton, Alberta (Canada).

Shipping is via Canada Post and this does INCLUDE tracking. See the list below for estimated delivery times (does not include 4-7 day lead time after purchase):

  • Tracked packet Canada: estimated 2-10 business days

  • Tracked packet USA : estimated 2-3 weeks

  • Tracked packet international: estimated 2-4 weeks (depends on your location and delay at customs)

  • If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for any duties or customs costs for shipping outside of Canada. Some orders may experience custom delays. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over these charges or delays. If you have any questions about the charges or delay, please contact your local customs office for additional information. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. We will ship your purchase according to the address you provided.

RETURNS

All sales are FINAL but if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us and we will try our best to work out a solution with you.
